Alu Gobhi

3 fist sized potatoes
1 cauliflower "flower"
7 pieces garlic

Take 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, warm it and add methi dana, 20-25 seeds of it. Add pinches of red chili, tablespoon of salt. When methi dana starts popping, add garlic, pinch of haldi and any other spices you feel like. Mix the paste, add the veggies, toss till mix is homogenous. Cover this up and leave it for 10-15 minutes. You will know it is ready when the potatoes are tender and on the whole it looks and smells good.
